1. Horseshoe Tavern
The Old West theme at Horseshoe Tavern creates a unique atmosphere for you to enjoy the delicious burgers they serve in. You can’t go wrong with their signature Horseshoe Burger, topped with melted Swiss cheese, onion straws, sliced tomato, and Russian dressing for a zesty flavor combination. You’ll find this restaurant at 36 Speedwell Ave.
2. End of Elm
There are all sorts of sophisticated eats to try at End of Elm, but it was the burger we enjoyed here that we loved above all else. The Burger EOE comes with caramelized onions smothered with a delicious gruyere fondue that perfectly complemented the beefy patty they come served on, with crispy fries on the side to complete the dish. This top-notch eatery is waiting for you at 140 Morris Street.
3. The Office Tavern Grill
Located at 3 South Street, The Office Tavern Grill is one of our town’s favorite places to eat. You can find all sorts of great options on the menu here, but you’re missing out if you don’t give their burgers a try. Our favorite is the Tavern Burger, served with provolone cheese, braised onions, crispy bacon, and their signature sauce all on a 100% ground chuck beef patty.
4. Morristown Diner
Tasty eats in a classic diner setting make Morristown Diner a great choice for any meal of the day. If you’re stopping in for lunch or dinner, we recommend the BBQ Texas burger. The combination of bacon, cheddar cheese, and tangy BBQ sauce made this burger an instant favorite of ours. The fantastic flavors this spot has to offer can be found at 73 Morris Street.
5. The Committed Pig
When you stop in at The Committed Pig at 28 West Park Place, you’ll be in for a mouthwatering treat. Their Mac & Cheeseburger combines two classic favorite meals into one cheesy and delicious sandwich that will fill your belly and put a smile on your face. If you’ve got room for dessert, try out their red velvet fried oreos served with a sweet cream cheese dipping sauce.
